Our Classes

Our classes are designed to work together, so every participant can build a balanced, strong, and resilient body. Members who explore all of our offerings cover every aspect of functional movement, strength endurance, balance and flexibility. Every session is designed to make you stronger, healthier and more confident. 

Class Structure

No matter which class you choose, you’ll be training on our joint-friendly flooring. It’s like a little safety net under every step, jump, lunge – helping you work hard without wear and tear. 

Each class is structured and led by a certified trainer, and includes:

Dynamic Warm-up

10 minutes

(Get your body moving and muscles activated to prepare for the workout ahead)
Active Workout

45-60 minutes

(Push your limits with a high-energy, full-body session tailored to your fitness level.)

Cooldown and Stretch

10 minutes

(Wind down with intentional movements that aid recovery and prevent injury.)

Group Barbell

A total-body strength training class using barbells, weighted plates, and motivating music to guide you through high-rep, low weight resistance training. You’ll target every major muscle group with squats, presses, lifts, and curls — building lean muscle, boosting metabolism, and improving endurance. Designed for all fitness levels, with adjustable weights so you can lift at your own pace and challenge yourself safely.

Bootcamp Circuit

A high energy, full-body workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and agility. You’ll move through a series of timed stations, pushing your limits with a crew that’s got your back. Each circuit  combines cardio bursts featuring the Rower, SkiErg and Air bike, alongside strength and body weight exercises.  This  workout is scalable for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions so you can work at your own pace while still pushing your limits.   You will keep your heart pumping and muscles engaged from start to finish, powered by team encouragement to become stronger together, one station at a time.

Metabolic Effect

A results-driven workout that blends strength training, cardio bursts, and functional movements to fire up your metabolism and keep it burning long after class ends. Using a mix of weights, bodyweight drills, and short, intense intervals, you’ll boost calorie burn, build lean muscle, and improve endurance — all in a format that can be tailored to any fitness level. Expect variety, energy, and a sweaty sense of accomplishment.

Power Cut HIIT

A high intensity fusion of strength training and cardio designed to sculpt muscle and shred calories. You’ll power through fast-paced intervals using dumbbells, bodyweight moves, and functional training tools, keeping your heart rate up while targeting every major muscle group. Expect a mix of heavy lifts, explosive bursts, and core finishers for a workout that leaves you stronger, leaner, and unstoppable. Scalable for all fitness levels.

Indoor Cycling

Ride to the beat and power through a calorie-torching, heart-pumping workout on our Keiser M3i bikes. With smooth magnetic resistance and precise performance, you’ll climb, sprint and push past your limits while building endurance and lower-body strength.  Every ride is set to energizing music and is adaptable for all fitness levels- just strap in, adjust your resistance and let the ride fly.

Cardio Kickboxing + Kettlebell Finisher

High – energy, fat-blasting, and seriously fun- this class combines martial arts inspired moves with fast-paced cardio drills for a total body workout. Punch, kick, strike your way through choreographed combos that build strength, improve coordination, and torch calories. No prior experience needed.  Then, power up your strength and endurance with a kettlebell finisher that targets your core, arms, and legs. Together this workout delivers a body burn that will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

Bars - n - Bells

Lift, press, and swing your way to full-body strength with this powerhouse class combining barbells and kettlebells. You’ll build muscle, boost endurance, and improve functional strength through a mix of controlled lifts, explosive swings and dynamic combinations. Scalable for all fitness levels, Bars -n-Bells delivers a challenging, effective and empowering workout one rep at a time. “Swing it. Lift it. Own it.”

Pop-up Classes

Power STEP

Step up your cardio and strength with an energizing workout that uses the step platform for non-stop movement.  You’ll combine dynamic step choreography, power drills, and strength intervals to burn calories, boost endurance, and tone your lower body. Set to upbeat music and scalable for all fitness levels. “Legs burning, sweat pouring, still smiling.”

Zumba®

Dance, sweat, and smile your way through a high energy workout set to infectious Latin rhythms. This cardio party blends easy to follow dance moves with intervals of high and low intensity training to boost your endurance, burn calories and lift your mood. No dance experience needed- just bring your energy and let the music move you.
