Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all!! All classes and training sessions include modifications so all fitness levels feel comfortable and successful.
What if I've never participated in Group fitness before?
You’re in the right place! Our classes are supportive, fun, and designed for all levels.
Can I drop in anytime for a class?
Our studio requires you to have a scheduled training session or class prior to coming. Please contact me first – this ensures a personalized experience and a safe environment for everyone.
Do I need to complete any paperwork before my first session or class?
Yes! All new members are required to complete a liability waiver and a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before participating in class or training. If you indicate any medical conditions on the PAR-Q, you’ll need to provide a doctor’s note clearing you for exercise. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first session so we can take care of paperwork and answer any questions.
How do I sign up?
For your first class, you will contact me. When you become a member, you will gain access to the online scheduling platform.
What should I bring to class?
Just water, comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes and a small towel — we provide everything else.
