Members who explore all of our offerings cover every aspect of functional movement, strength endurance, balance and flexibility. Every session is designed to make you stronger, healthier and more confident.
Class Structure
No matter which class you choose, you’ll be training on our joint-friendly flooring. It’s like a little safety net under every step, jump, lunge – helping you work hard without wear and tear.

Step up your cardio and strength with an energizing workout that uses the step platform for non-stop movement. You’ll combine dynamic step choreography, power drills, and strength intervals to burn calories, boost endurance, and tone your lower body. Zumba®
Dance, sweat, and smile your way through a high energy workout set to infectious Latin rhythms. This cardio party blends easy to follow dance moves with intervals of high and low intensity training to boost your endurance, burn calories and lift your mood. No dance experience needed- just bring your energy and let the music move you.
